Dr. Ankur Bindal is the President and Co-Founder of Aroga Group, a Southern California-based organization focused on residential and commercial real estate investment, development, ownership, and management. Established in 2020, the firm reflects its disciplined approach to long-term value creation, operational excellence, and scalable business strategy across diverse property and asset classes.

Alongside his real estate ventures, Ankur Bindal founded KAB Medical Group, widely known as KMG Psychiatry, an integrative mental health practice serving patients in San Diego and Los Angeles. He led the organization as President and Chief Executive Officer for nearly ten years, overseeing growth, innovation, and clinical quality before transitioning his complete professional focus to Aroga Group.

Dr. Bindal is a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep specialist whose clinical career has emphasized comprehensive, patient-focused care. He combined traditional psychiatric treatments such as medication management and psychotherapy with advanced therapeutic options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and intranasal ketamine therapy, offering individualized treatment plans designed to improve long-term patient outcomes.

Dr. Ankur Bindal was recognized as a Diamond Circle Provider, a designation reserved for the highest performing TMS practices nationwide. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Government Medical College in Chandigarh, India. He later completed a Master of Public Health with a focus on clinical research and behavioral sciences. His residency training included Family Medicine and Adult Psychiatry, followed by fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at the University of Michigan.
